Engineered using optimal materials, precision microfabrication, and a novel hermetic fusion process; MAP-T filters achieve outstanding electrical characteristics without the need for post-fabrication tuning.

This advanced manufacturing approach supports a virtually unlimited range of filter frequencies and bandwidths spanning from 5 GHz to beyond 30+ GHz. MAP-T filters have very high inherent power handling capabilities, typically beyond 100 watts, provide extremely low insertion loss, and can be tailored to meet specific RF system requirements. MAP-T filters provide best-in-class size, weight, power, and performance while meeting the most aggressive reliability requirements.

Revvol MAP-T filters give customers the performance advantages typically achieved by cavity filters, combline filters or interdigital filters, but in an significantly more compact form factor.

The MAP-T design process integrates comprehensive 3D parametric modeling with advanced electromagnetic simulation, enabling near-perfect filter designs. Combined with precision fabrication, the result is rugged, high-fidelity components that match the design and eliminate the need for manual tuning—streamlining production, reducing cost, and enhancing consistency.
